Actually, I forgot to see if my P-Pad still fit!!!! Just ran out to the garage...

It is a tight one, but it still fits... Like a glove! So tight, I have to turn the Pad around Backwards!!!!

The Bar is actually slightly functional as a back rest. After I designed it and put the angle I wanted on it, I didn't think it would be funcional at all. Wife will like it. Bike Night tuesday night, she'll see!

I went for a ride tonight for the first time with the sissybar installed.

Now I know what B-Dog (can I say that word on a public forum?) was talking about bad vibration!!! With all the B.S. on his bike it's no wonder it had vibrations in it.

That sissybar, at a couple different RPM bands, starts to make quite the vibration to the point you can't see out the mirrors. I reach back and at those RPM's, that sissybar is MOVING pretty good!

I used stainless bolts to bolt it in, I think I am going to get some good, and I mean real good, hardened machine bolts so they don't pose a threat of breaking.

Anyone else notice more vibration with their sissybar installed, including stock ones?

I really don't care if it is does or not, I am sure that the wife will get a kick (or two) out of it!!!:D

jake I'm not sure if the design plays a role in it or not but on my 04 chopper which mounts similar to your ridgeback shows no excessive vibration at all. I mean it does vibrate somewhat but alot less than the stock big dog one.

Two of us at work ride Big Dogs.
Troy has a 2007 K-9 with a Bone theme paint job or work of art as I see it.
He got with Eric at "Choppin Steel" to make him a sissy bar that would flow with his scoot and paint theme and asked me to post them for him and tell Everyone...Eric is awesome at what he does...
The last pic has one of Troy's kids posing so hold your hats...
