Kerker Exhaust

Does anyone know if a Kerker Exhaust on a Ridgeback (not sure of the year or motor size) would fit a 2004 Big Dog Chopper 117CI?

Year would be critical because of rear tire size. My immediate guess would be not likely.
Bracket at very least would be different.

Did the ridgeback ever come in a 250?

Using an exhaust for a wider tire bike would look out of place usually as it would stick away from the bike too much.

If it's the stock kerker exhaust, it should fit. The kerker came on '04 and earlier models, which were 250 tire at the biggest. The 300 came out in '05, which was also the first year of that ugly ass supertrapp stock exhaust. It had that big muffler that was shaped to resemble two pipes. The only question would be if there was a difference in mounting on the softail and rigid models. Hope this helps.

Seen it on Ebay. The seller didn't know the year. It came with a bunch of stuff he purchased. He did provide part numbers and suggested I contact a Jeff Wells at Super Trapp.I'm looking to replace the one I have on the 04 Chopper that I just purchased. The exhaust on it now is really pitted. I don't think it will clean up very well. And I don't know if anyone can rechrome it. I thought I would check here on the forum first.

You could always have it ceramic coated inside and out instead of rechrome by some place like Jet Hot and get some extra benefit as well (supposedly)

You can get it rechromed but be cheaper to buy something new

I was thinking the same thing. Both bikes have the same exhaust on them. Only difference is one is a rigid and the other a softail.
Im pretty sure you old bracket will fit....if not its nothing to make a bracket for that exhaust...i had been considering buying that exhaust your talking about of ebay just to buy it... not a bad price if its what he says it is
