Hey guys, update on my problem.
Thanks to all of your suggestions. Turns out the majority that suggested the gaskets was correct.
One new issue that has come about now. Bike runs fine. Get out and ride when I get up hif her in the rpms seems like I have a vibration. My GUESS! Is that there is a build up on top of a piston that is causing it. When I pulled the plugs they were completely covered in black. Thinking it may have formed on the piston.

Any suggestions are again greatly appreciated. At least she is up and running again. The vibration is nor horrible but I can definetly feel it.

Black soot causes no vibration. Black soot causes the detonation and glow ignition.
Vibration can occur due to a faulty spark plug or loosen the upper engine mounts. But check out all of the engine mount.

Check you engine mounts to be sure bolts are tight.

Agree with all stated above... definately check.

Think you might have another hair line crack or loose chrome trim covers on the pipe?
also mine was welded like your photo and mine doesn't fit quit as well as stock did since pipes cannot flex as much.

Thanks for all of the response! what do I need to look for. I am guessing all the usual, loose or broke? anything else just to be sure I am covering it.
