it came today,all i can say is that was some fast service thanks jim.. i ordered on tuesday it was hear on weds..im gonna try to get on it tommorow when im done ill get some pics...

No clutch clatter I got clatter in neutral, and a little with the clutch lever pulled in....How did you adjust the clutch, bolt just snug then back out quarter turn or just snug then lock the nut?

i need to clean the bike then ill take some pics..as i said absolutly no clatter cant even hear it over the whistle sounds the belt makes..and another thing i noticed is when i use to put the bike in 1st gear it would clunk,now i have to look to see if the nuetral light went out its so smoooth...im very happy,oh and jim if your reading this,wheres my shirt?????double x lol

jim ordered some embroidered t-shirts and caps. i will be shipping them to him
this wednesday. they both have the name and the karata guy on them.
shirts are black/caps are black with flames on the bill. plus the caps are flex fit!

About the "clatter" - has this been sorted out? If not first things first - Adjust the clutch, if you have not done that after installing the Phirana clutch - it probably is the cause - too long to explain but in short - the Karata clutch stack is shorter than that of BDM as a result the push rod sticks out, so it needs to be adjusted and moved in (loosened) - once done you should get rid of the clatter and see a preformance improvement. Look under How to's or do a search on how to adjust your clutch. there is an excellent post regarding this.

If this does not solve the clatter - howler back -(it could jut be that your clutch pressure head might have not seated properly) Will address that one later.
