K9 or K9 250???

Fwiw, the K-9 is the OG from the first Bigdog, the 250 K-9 is the latest from the Bigdogisba*k boys. Thats why you see the difference.

Agree HMAN. In addition, I think it was "Bigdogisba*k boys" attempt to lower the cost of BDM's best selling bike to make it more affordable to a larger number of potential owners with a base price variance of $7,300. Not sure of the success of the K9 250 but my personal preference is the original K9 perhaps because in 2005 I was close to buying the BDM Chopper, but was informed about the K9 coming out in 2006 and decided to wait.

I realize this is an old thread but I have a question. Is the 250 K9 same as old chopper in length an rake? Or same as K9? The 03 chopper was 10 over and the K9 was 12 over and longer. So is the 250 K9 a reintroduced chopper? Or is it a longer 12 over raked K9 but with a 250 rear? Thank you!

Ok so I read its 4" shorter so I'm guessing its a 10 over rake reintroduced chopper
