Sounds like your battery needs to be charged.

Your battery can still be toast with that voltage. It needs load tested. If that's not the culprit it's time to start looking at connections and the good ol ehc.

unless you have good star washers on the connections, vibration will back the nuts off.
check and double check all the connections.

EHC ????? my pos cable was loose did the same thing, but still the f*^#kn EHC piece of shit, I've been through one, thank god I was still under warranty ! nuts and bolts rattle loose check your battery cables

Have you driven or been in the rain lately with your dog? Moisture had made my bike do some weird shit. Lights flashing off and on, horn beeping. Just a thought.

Everyone here should use the K.I.S.S. system just like I use. Mike start with the battery. Loose cables; check the voltage in the battery. If you have checked this call me. You have my number.
