K9 2007 Oil Drain Plug Size

I have searched all over, what is the hex size of the oil drain plug ? I seem to have every size except the one that is on the bike !

I want to say 3/16 but not sure. Also note that it's the oil tank drain plug! Take a ride over to Sears and pick up a set of hex heads that will snap on your 3/8 drive ratchet. Trust me u will be using these quite often...

3/8 drive Six piece set 5/32 to 3/8... very handy set....

I just did a thread on changing out all my oils using that new HD filter drain pan. All three are 3/16ths as Earl stated.

I have even seen a few that were torx

It was Torx. T30 I think, But at least now I have a set of hex drivers. :flag: Thanks for all your help.
