There are a few on the bike. Like horn, brakes and starter. Your description is too vague. Take a pic of the wires you are referring to and maybe someone will recognize them. Keep in mind that if your bike is used lot's of stuff could have been done electrically for different addons like maybe decorative lighting. For my money if everything on the bike is working don't beat a dead horse. Maybe "extra " is just that.

No it’s not running, the wiring harness came out to powder coat by one person and put back in by another who then wired it completely wrong so I had to ohm out all the wires and hook it up right but now I’m only getting 5 volts to the starter with a 100% battery. All I here is the compression relief valves
