So, my first 1000 km's are on the Dakota now, and with every more km it's more fun!:2thumbs: Riding in the sun, riding in the rain, no problems at all!
The only thing is that one of the frontforkseals is leaking, but that's no big deal, I will fix that next week before a trip to Germany. The Dog has now 10.000 miles on it, so it's time to replace the seals......I will also mount the Lyndall pads and check the bearings. It's wonderfull to ride the K9, people make pictures when they ride in there car behind you, put there thumbs up etc. But most important, the bike is more and more easy to handle, even with my wife riding with me

Good to hear and nice to know that you are enjoying the ride and ahving fun. I must imagine that riding over in Holland is very nice, I know the country is very beautiful and I can only imagine how it must be riding the roads on the BD there.

Anyway have a great time, get the seals fixed and the brakes taken care of keep smiling. Post some picture when you get a chance of more of the beautiful scenes over the in the Tulip Country. Oh throw a few of the beautiful ladies also!!

Be safe

Yup! I agree with you Milco on "the more we ride the K-9 the easier it gets to handle", etc. As you know in Spain we don't have many wide Highways... most of the roads are very windy... Love it. It handles fantastic! :2thumbs:
