Sounds great. Update: seen the orthopod today, need an MRI to be sure, but it looks like I have a rotator cuff tear and torn proximal bicep tendon that will require surgery. Keep the prayers coming, they are working!!!!!:2thumbs: :2thumbs: :2thumbs: :2thumbs:

It sounds like you had a tough week. I hope you get better soon. I am only a little over a year out from my accident. You can at least look forward to getting back on there once you recover.

No, just got back to the hotel from a ride. I've learned my lesson though, don't trust that green neutral light for shit. Turn off the damn thing before letting out the clutch when parking!!!

actually gas man thats what happen it was over a year ago, i pulled up and put it in neutral or i thought the green light did come on. i was making the dog bark and bam the light lied. that be the last time i will make that mistake. know i always ease the clutch out just make sure the dog is leashed.. thats what happen to me......

I took a nosedive over my bars and got a huge SLAP tear on my left shoulder. Had my first surgery 2 years ago and it was soo bad that they had to bring in the orthopedic surgeon for the Cubs to do it. I'm going under again for round 2 in a couple of months.
My advice... don't short change your exercises! if your therapist says you need to spend 2 hours/day for the rest of your life doing all kinds of prissy exercises with a pink rubber band... do it as though it were your religion.
