I use the same stuff, almost hard to tell what is polished and what is chromed.
You seem to be getting all the storms, they are all missing Denver.

have any of u tried mothers " billet polish" not aluminum or chrome polish. If so witch did u like better? All this polish to try i think it would be cheeper to just chrome the billet and be done with the polish wars

Hey Milehigh, see your in Denver. Love that area. Have been their in summer and rode out of Loveland up thru Estes Park and around Rocket MT National Park. Has to be one of the best rides Ive ever had. Will be in Snowmass sking 2nd week in January. Mothers Billet polish works whay better than the aluminum polish. A little pricey but worth it. Best damn BBQ Ive ever had, Hickory House in Parker and Aspen Co

I will have to give Adam's a try.

For spring cleanup, I normally use Truckers Metal polish first, then Route 66 metal polish

Trucker's is an aggressive polish that works well and is cheap ($8 quart) you can get it at most truck stop
Then Route 66 for a final polish. The route 66 metal polish is awesome and was hard to come by (even though they are local to me) had to buy at shows or swap meets etc. but now they sell all their products online
rt66wax.com
Their spray detailer (purple stuff) is the BEST, bar none

Sorry guys, I fell off the face of the earth for the last couple weeks! Lost 3 guys in 2 weeks at work and now we are all working 12 hour shifts, 5-6 days a week. Rain stopped, but I haven't even pulled the bike out of the garage I've been soo busy. Yes, I'm using Adam's Polish 1 & 2. Haven't noticed any change using #2 after putting on #1, but real pleased with number #1! I haven't tried any other polishes and I probably won't. After using Adam's Polishes I can't tell the difference between my polished aluminum parts and chrome parts!
I'll take pictures tomorrow! IT'S NOT GOING TO RAIN! :)

Thanks! So is this the best stuff to use on billet aluminum:
Adam's Metal Polish 1 & 2 Combo

Yes, it works AWESOME on Billet will shine like chrome and your chrome will shine to the point of looking BLUE out in the sun!! Use there polish and wax and your paint will look wet when done!! There clay bar system will leave your paint feeling smooth as silk!!

My Advice is to watch the video on there main forum site!!!!

Wax

Mike,
I too have been very picky about my wax that I have used over the years. When I had my Vette I used Liquid Glass, then came upon 200mph wax products. The same chemist that blended Liquid Glass came up with 200mph products. I have used them for over 10 years and while a Carlisle was ready to pick more of that product up. Came accross the Adams tent and talked with a couple of guys that were buying this stuff my the box full. Here they were a detail company and did HIGH END CAR DETAILING. They said this stuff was TOP SHELF!! I purchased the starter bucket and some other odds and ends, ended up spending almost $500.00 on product. Came home, watched the video, went out in the garage and did the tins on the K-9 and I turn around went back to Carlisle the same day and purchsed more product!! Since Spring Carlisle I have dropped over $1500.00 in there product and equipment. I'm telling you, GREAT STUFF!!! The polish and wax is like butter going on and coming off. The metal polish two drops of there polish on there applicaters can do half the rear 300 rim!! The stuff is amazing!! There were things that come to paint care that I have been doing wrong for over 35 years and things that I was able to inprove on after watching there video and reserching on there forum. There are people on the forum ready to help just like here and they have a toll free number you can call with any question or concern you have. They have the softest double sided micro fiber polishing towl I have ever touched!!!

This may put you at ease: THEY HAVE A 110% GARENTEE OF STATISFACTION OR YOUR MONEY BACK!! How is that!!!!

You won't be disappointed!!
