Just a heads up on an Ebay vendor

I decided to go with dual single fire coils so I got on Ebay and ordered a new motor mount, coils and the mounting bracket. All the parts were here in 3 days except the mounting bracket (Bikers Choice Gothic Coil Bracket W/Holes Chrome For Harley) from ridersdiscount.

It showed it was shipped but when I tried to track it it showed it wasn't accepted yet. I emailed them 3 days after purchase and got no response. I emailed them again a day later with no response.

Ebay and Paypal said I had to wait another 7 days to make a claim but I had used my credit card to pay for the part so I got on line with my credit card co. and disputed the charge.

Within 12 hr's my credit card company gave me back the money. A few hours later I get a phone call from Ridersdiscount saying it was shipped within 3 days Ebay rules and the USPS tracking isn't working.

I got back on the USPS site and found they had just shipped the part that morning on the 31st. 7 days after I paid for it. It took my credit card company to get the part shipped.

If you look at their feedback you will see 33 neg. feedbacks for not shipping in the last month alone!

So beware if you order from them use a credit card and be prepared to dispute the charge to get your part.

Ya, after review it's only 23 neg. feedbacks for the last month but 132 for the last 6 months which = 22 per month. I have had a lot of luck on Ebay but there is always companies that have poor service. Their logo says "excellent service" but that is their point of view.

For most of us when we need a part we save up for it and then want it yesterday so fast shipping is a plus. The motor mount and coils arrived within 3 days of buying them which is very fast service. I also had a screw up with Demon cycle and they took care of it in a day. Also bought some parts from bigdogpartskingpin who is on this site and on Ebay and had great service.

Good companies these days are hard to find. Just wanted to let you guys know what's up. To really protect yourself use Paypal and pay with your credit card. This way you have 3 different places to file a complaint.

You can use Paypal to pay with your credit card which is the safest way to pay. The company doesn't get your credit card info and now you have 2 ways to fight a bad charge.

I had disputed the charge on my credit card and they refunded my money within 12 hrs and this was a day before this package arrived. I sent the same pic to the vendor and said "Took you 7 days to ship the wrong part" Cancel my order.

No answer back so I guess the point set is free. Anyone need a set of points?
