Can’t wait!! Got ’scheduled’ out of it last year, but this year will be great. I’ve only ridden the hills around there once or twice some years ago and recall very nice rides. Almost a good as the rides here in NW Arkansas—haha.

A lot of planning and phone calls go into one of these. I spent some money and planned the Louisiana get together ride 2 yrs ago. Only Dave and Buffy came. We had a ton of fun in 5 days traveling the state!

That was a fun week with a personal guide. Such good riding and wonderful food. glad we didn’t miss that one.

Finally got ahold of the camp ground to see what our options were. Looks like June 11th to the 14th.
Who is interested.

I am definitely interested. I own two mastiff and its hard to find any other big dog riders to ride with in Virginia and Maryland.

Just looking at this again, was REALLY hoping I could make it but not sure I can swing it now. Just found out last week one of nieces HS graduation is June 5th up in Massachusetts and I promised her last year when I was in town that I would go,

I'm told she wanted her party to be the same weekend as graduation so that I could go to both. I call "bullshit" there but whatever...

Looks like a we're going to have a good group. Get your spot booked at the campground.
I've got the ride routes rode to check the road conditions. Working on finding someone to follow in a chase vehicle.
Won't be long before we will be working on menus.

I reserved a small cabin for Blacktopper and myself, and then found out my 2 cousins wanted come down to the meet. Curtis is from Boone IA and Marc lives in Spearfish, SD. We switched the reservation to one of the 5th wheel trailers for the four of us. So as of yesterday a small cabin should be available (2 beds). I’m recalling it was $75-80 a night.
