Thanks Mr. Wright but, Yep... setup the same as you... what I see when you guys post some pics is just a Period. No pic... BUT, on a lot of these threads I DO see a pic... Just wonder why sometimes I only see a period.....

All too labor intensive.
Break the top end down and use spray on paint stripper, just keep a close eye as the stripper can stain the aluminum if you leave it on too long, take them to a polisher then put it back together.
:eek: Why not just take a dremmel tool and take your time then mask it and paint it. I just did that to my new project and it took 2 hrs..... and looks like new...

Your hands are too greasy.... :confused:

That's what I ended up doing, because I ended up with to much on my plate the winter. Eventually, I want to polish out to whole engine. I may wait till I rebuild it.

I waited to do the powder once I had to rebuild. It's holding up real good so far. Cleans up easy.:2thumbs:
