Jet size = how much power .. ?

As we all know it takes fuel and air to make power... and the ideal mixture is 14.7-1 ... but when you get a richer ratio, say 12-1 you are looking for the most power possible. So, is there a chart or some type of equivalency where jet size = how much hp.? I know when S&S set the land speed record a specific carb had to be made to do such a thing... to pass more air and fuel.. I run a .31 / .76 for my 107.... from the 'factory' should be somewhere in the range of 100+ hp .... is their a ratio or chart...? There has to be ....

Well as far as I know if anyone has a chart it would be someone who uses a dyno to tune bikes. Maybe john sachs will chime in as he builds motors and does engine work. Displacement stroke valve size etc. all has to be accounted for in order to figure out optimal fuel ratio etc.
