I find it very hard to believe that if the members in the south knew the truth of vikings vile and vulgar assault toward Kathy that they would condone his activities and support his threats against members as well .
It's a sad day to lose a fine and upstanding man such as Al ,aka Splitlog,

Since I joined this site I have met a lot of great people and learned a lot
about my bike. I have had a great time. I can name a couple dozen people I would have never met and be able to call a friend if it wasnt for Big Dog Biker.
But my joke offended a few people. I appologized and appologized but it just wasnt good enough. And now I have heard I am being bashed on another site even by someone I thought wouldnt do so.
So its time for me to move on. I cant change my sense of humor and really
dont want to.
The person I played a joke on called Biker Babe a lot of bad things and said
sexual things about her in a hurtfull manner. Nobody saw that since a Moderator removed it almost as fast as it went up "as he should"

Either way, Love you guys and I wish nothing but good to all here.
I have nothing bad to say about Big Dog Biker. It is a great forum.


Splitlog has left the Building

I just thought that I also give my side of the story before leaving the building. I have been on here for a little bit over two years and just like Splitlog I have met many people on here that I can call my friend, and I also arranged meet ups and drew even more people in here. I have done what I could to promote this forum as much as I could. I have learned massive amounts of useful info on here, I have been handed parts, and I have given away parts. I have participated in the POTM on numerous occasions but not every month. I even spent three days shooting pictures for the 2015 calendar and submitted 50 of them after spending another three days working on them.

However, for another member to start a different account, disgracing my screen name and my inheritance as well as calling me a lesbian will not be accepted without me speaking up. At first I tried to laugh it off but it did really bother me that this could be tolerated on here. I got pissed off and was banned for a few days. Honestly I rather be banned than not having the ability to express my feelings when some does something this disgraceful towards my family, my inheritance, or me. I have no idea why he did this, I have never met Splitlog, I know nothing about him, but it is obvious that he has something against me. To have the last word he also claim that I called Kathy on here with sexual hurtful things, this is not true in any way, shape, form, or fashion. I have never said anything sexually derogatory to any woman, and Kathy would be one of the last one on the list of doing it to should I ever change that. What I did discuss with Kathy was how I felt with a sexual expression was added to my name and how she would feel if someone does that to her, all this because she was attempting to downplay the situation. To add insult to injury Splitlog also thought it was a good idea to mock my picture and make fun of that as well. I cannot describe the look in my wife’s face when she saw his picture and what he posted it under. Her immediate reaction was a rather clear statement that she will never post for a picture to be used on this site ever again. I can’t say I blame her and I proceeded with removing any and all pictures I ever posted on here, to satisfy her, as well as those of you who think I posted too many. Staying on here will have some call me Diking (look it up and you will see that it means “One who participate in lesbian activities”), something I will never tolerate so for the rest of you to have an enjoyable forum I will also leave the building.

Keep these facts in mind:

Another member on here mocked my name with a name meaning lesbian.
Another member on here mocked my winning POTM and disgraced my wife.
I never met the member, and practical jokes are not jokes when they disgrace and insult someone you do not know.
My wife was devastated that this could be tolerated on this forum, and instantly refused to pose for any more pictures on here.
I have never insulted, harassed, joked with, talked with, communicated with, or had ever had anything to do with this member.
He attempted to have many of you mad at me for saying something to Kathy, that I never said, before he’s leaving.
Diking is still an active member on here.
The disgracing picture is still in the running for POTM.

I should really save my breathe but I still don't understand why people can't take a joke. It wasn't making fun of anyone. It wasn't bullying anyone. It was a spoof of a photo, just like you see on SNL. Like Wierd Al does with music. It should flatter. I would laugh right along if someone spoofed my photo. Al apologized explaining just what I did. I ride with Al and several other members around here and they joke constantly with each other like this. No one takes offense because it's just in fun...no one considers joking as an insult. We could also say, put yourself in Al's shoes, he wanted to bring some fun to the forum and lighten up some of the drama and instead someone took offense to it and started attacking him, calling names, and making threats...and these things all happened after Al explained it wasn't personal and apologized for upsetting him and offered to buy him a beer.
Now, it would be awesome, if we could drop this and move on. This is a big turn off to everyone.

If you want to joke around start a new thread! That is my opinion like it or not!
I have missed some of the conversations but still on Viking side. If members like having a joke let it be on their account not someone's elses!
Do not do unto others what you do not want others to do unto you!
I have the feeling that the previous apologies were not genuine and some members comments after that were unacceptable.
