ISO tail/turn light

Hey everyone I'm looking for the tail lights for a 02 pitbull. Actually just need the metal peice that goes on the inside of the housing. I am willing to purchase full Assembly if need be. Thanks in advance for any help you fine brothers and sisters can offer

Any idea where I can get the bolts for them.... They have the center holes through them for the wires to pass through
