Is this normal? And what are these parts called so I can order them?

Ok so I'm going to be ordering parts today for maintenance and curious what these parts are called so I can look for replacements since I'll be flushing the brakes anyway. They're the hard ends on the brake cables and they're pitted and rough and not shiny anymore. Are these replaceable by themselves or do I need to get all new cables? Also, I'll link to the video I had to upload to Youtube of the ends on the cables by the throttle wiggling very easily. Is this normal?

Since I'll be flushing the brakes and more than likely having to do it by myself, what do you guys think of the 1 man bleeding screws I've seen?

I use http://ezebleeder.net/index.htm for the bike. It bleeds the bike backwards by allowing you to push fluid in from the caliper bleeder screw and up to the reservoir (with the top off)
