Is this enough primary fluid, or too much?

I've seen people say 16oz, 20oz, and full 32oz quart. It's hard to really see in there because the lighting in my garage isn't the best and the flashlight on my phone sucks and I don't have a regular flash light. I drained/filled it yesterday and took the cover off today to adjust the clutch since who knows when it was done last by the previous owner. I was able to actually kinda see the level today. In the pics, the shiny sliver at the bottom edge of the clutch assembly isn't fluid, that's just a shiny spot that who knows what caused it. Anyways, in one of the pics you can kinda see the fluid sitting on the ledge of the primary cover right near the clutch but it still isn't quite touching the bottom of the clutch. You can still see the ribs on the inner surface of the cover. It took a whole 32oz bottle and that's where it sits. This is with the bike up in the air on my motorcycle jack, so it's as level as I can get it.
