I have an 08 K9 EFI with 3000 miles and have had quiet a few problems with: failure to start and intermittent engine shutdowns while cruising down the road. I believe the ECH is fine but the multipin connectors are possibly the problem. I have a trailer ready to go pick up the Big Dog just in case. I don't have confidence in the bike to take it on an extended trip so when I take a road trip I ride my HD Ultra Limited. Never had a problem with it. Get the Big Dog if you want an cool looking bike and are willing to work on it a lot.
