Is there a How To for timing S&S 117

I'm preparing to install a dyna ignition and single fire coils and was wondering if there were any suggestions or how to's for timing the bike. (static) S&S Recommends for the 117 to time 28 degrees BTDC.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

static timing you do with the ignition itself. there ia a led light that catches the pick up at TDC.
