Actually I do, Seem's after I let my hyperactive 11 yr old step son crash into my heal with a fully loaded grocery buggy while I was in mid stride. It broke my heal and cut my Akealeze tendon 25% through. I'm out for 3 more weeks

I know your pain, i snaped my achilles 6 years ago and it is still the most painfull break/injury i have ever sustained. Including broken arms and legs with bone poking through the skin.
It still hurts from time to time.
