One of my times talking insurance with State Farm, they mentioned about 10 breeds that were "bad", including pit bulls, rottweillers, dobermans, German shepherds, and Siberian huskies. But Jake and Flo got shown the door last year, switch all of my coverages to Allstate and added an umbrella policy and saved about $500 per year. All 4 of the motorcycles are about $600 per year, Flo wanted over $1200.
Lots, yep. Insurance companies setup big Ol tents in Home Depot/Lowes parking lots to be able to see more cars.
I see roofers from all surrounding states here. Everyone wants a piece of the pie, saw some trucks with Colorado plates the other day. I went with a local crew that came recommended from friends, if someone is gonna get the insurance money rather have it stay near home.

Thanks I'll look into that come next renewal. At least I'm getting a roof out of them, will cost more than I paid in premiums so far including the trucks. Not my fault they want out or else I'd stay with them and they would make their money back.

Oh there's hail every year here this year is the worst since prob 2011. 2 storms ago $600million in claims.

Yeah but it don't destroy shit, I don't think I would like having my roof, windows or siding replaced a couple times a year, not to mention the shredded shrubs and trees. Of coarse we stay indoors for a few months because of the cold and down there you stay indoors a few months cause of the heat, no different

AC in the garage is nice if you don't park your car/cars in it after coming home from work. But I do have a garage in the basement where the Viper sits that is cooled with the house temp.
I dont park the Cars in the garage, I only turn it on when I'm working on the bikes. 18,000BTU unit for 450sq feet .. it doesn't take long to cool it
