I must be getting screwed, I at Geico 2 cars full coverage, my S10 pickup $550/year $50 deductablt.
Dog and Sportster are $763/year also $50 deductable.

AND with 4 MILLION miles on my ass and never a claim.
Dairyland was $768 /year JUST on the dog with $100 deductable, this was yesterday.

I'm staying with Gieco, they don't send me a mail box of shit every week.

I'll try Hagerty first to see what they say, and then contact Gieco.
Not sure Hagerty has bike insurance?

They are the only one who will insure my 1980 CJ for replacement cost at my assigned value. Pretty cheap but it's under their classic insurance so I save a lot there.

Was talking to a buddy who purchased a 2015 Ultra Classic. He's in his mid 50's good record and still paid $1600 last year for insurance. Never realized we paid so much compared to you guys.

I have similar coverage but 100k property and also uninsured. Pay 400/year.
Most insurance companies pull your credit report. If you have bad credit, you will pay a LOT more than same coverage of someone with great credit.

It varies a lot by where you are.

Mine -Progressive~$500yr
That's freakin crazy, I believe that every 3-5 yrs you should check around cause they keep jacking up the price.
5 yrs ago I had Nationwide and switched to AARP because they could insure my vehicles for 1/2 of what I was paying. This year my Viper just went from $303 to $526/yr, I call them and they say it got an increase, WTH?
So I call around and got same ins. as I have, apples for apples, for $576/yr for my Viper, Trailer and my 10' Ram, WTF?

Bottom line, shop around, I am as old as dirt, like Chubs, but that's no reason to try and rape me.

Just had a hail storm come through a few weeks ago I had a roofer come out and check out the roof I know it's about 10-12 years old only 20 year singles was put on. Figure if I can get my roof covered what the hell now is as good as any. I've got full replacement coverage minus 1% anyways.

Well my insurance is covering it no problems.

Come to find out through my agent they are trying to get out of the north Dallas area so they said they will be jacking up prices so high you won't have an option but to go somewhere else. My premium went up about 20% this year but it was so low before it didn't bother me.

I'll be looking for new home insurance soon. My problem is my dog is part Pitbull, some big name insurances companies like Geico won't even give me a quote.

They did ask me if I had a dog, and in the past, the 3 that where identified were Pitbull, Rotty and Doberman. She asked me what I had and I said Boxer, but then she wanted to know if there was any previous bite attack's or documented aggressiveness? That's a new one.

Usually they go with the aggressive breed list which actually includes boxers. Although I did just read Penn and Michigan has a law against breed restrictions for insurance companies. So next time they ask say it's the meanest dog in the East!

State Farm doesn't have a breed restriction but Jake is fucking expensive.
