Installing rear fender on 04 RT Chopper-Help

I ordered a rear fender for my 04 Chopper project.
The Fibraglass fender came with no holes drilled for strut mounts.

I need to know where fender sits on frame rail under seat?
Is the fender resting ( touching ) the frame or is there space?
How much frame rail is exposed-how far will fender sit back ?

How much fender is exposed ( reveal ) under struts where directional
is mounted ?

These measurments & or pics will help me out.
Trying to get parts out to paint next week.

Painter looking for my parts on Tuesday.
You think BDM would send a template ? ? ?
Well I need to find a 04 Chopper and measure it up
or I need assistance from one of you BDB riders.
