Installing MB pipes

Installing MB Medustas that are transmission mounted and having trouble trying to figure out how you are supposed to use the OEM bolts? Anyone run into this where they are not long enough to start thread? )7 Mastiff 300 tire.

You have to get 1/2 longer bolts.

I would also recommend getting teflon inserts for the holes left behind. When you pull the bolt the hole left behind is the size of the bolt head. I fouund that if there is no support inside then the mount will move around causing the bolt to come loose, even with a lock washer, and it scratches the crap out of the chrome on the transmission. I found the inerts at my local Home Depot. I wish I had some pics for you but I don't

Thanks, good idea I didnt think of that. Still waiting on the spacer so i will get a couple and put them in
