Installed wire plus module now no Tach

I installed the Wires Plus ECH replacement on a 07 mastiff carb everything works except the tachometer. Can some of the experts on this forum point me in the right direction. All wire joints were soldered. Thanks

Are you certain it was is working properly prior to the WP install? I had the same issue. The previous owner installed the WP and made a lot of errors. The tach/annuncator ended up being bad. I replaced it and that was the issue.

Other than that, there are only a few circuits that drive it, power ground and feed from crank sensor/ignition module. Validate the circuits one by one, If they are ok, then you may need a new annuncator ring.

Here is what I found the yellow wire on the tachometer ring had a poor solder joint. I cleaned the ring and re-soldered the yellow wire. Now the 3000 rpm led light does not work. I have to take apart the ring again and test that led.

You were right I need a Tach ring. Does anyone know were I can find one? Please help I need to finish this bike!
