the headlight came from jbs engineering. i tried to find them and was unable. they may be out of business. do a search on ebay. there used to be a lot of different types.

the seat was done by rocky @ www.purekustom.com he does amazing leather work. i have put a lot of miles on the bike and the seat still looks great

the dual coil system was something i just wanted to do because i like the look. i was concerned about the EHC, so i also did the wire plus change. i didnt have any probs with the EHC, but since big dog is gone i wanted a more reliable system. the EHC doesnt do well with changes. the biggest prob for EHCs is water. if you wash your bike with water it gets into places that cause issues and POOF, your EHC is bad. i personally only use spray detailer to clean my bikes

different years use different ignition configurations. i think some years use single fire systems and others use dual fire systems. you need to know your specific system to make proper changes. i did a search on this site for dual coils and just got parts and info from the different posts i read and the wiring diagrams for my specific bike. there may be somebody specfifc here that knows more about the change than i do.

Thanks for the thoughtful response. Kinda cold here in new guy land.:D
i have a been working with automotive and other electrical systems for 25 years so it wasnt a tough change for me. i dont recommend doing electrical changes without some help from people who know your bike or if you have the ability yourself.

i will say i have a 2005 chopper with the daytec frame and it was an easy change for the dual coil braket system. i heard it wasnt so easy for others, but i dont know what year and frame type they had. sorry im not more help
Thanks for the thoughtful response:up: It's sometimes cold here in new guy land:D
