Hey gang,

My bike got inspected all is good....I did have them put on the S&S tear drop kit on there...looks much better and now I can get my right leg out there.... with no interference. Next there going to put the extended controls on (thanks much Semi)....so were getten there....I'm not getting it out the shop any time soon...that's for sure...burrrrrrr..lol...to damn cold out....plus the roads are crap now with all the salt and stuff...anyway she's nice and warm in the shop....

How you doen up there Luphole????....

More than likely Ray. Here in NY we're required to have an yearly safety inspection on our vehicles. Double sided sword, pain in the ass but a good thing.
While I was a mechanic in San Diego a guy brought in his Ford Ranchero complaining that when he hit a bump the thing would change lanes. Well turns out his idler arm and control arm were so loose they were ready to fall off They would move about 3 inches in the direction where there shouldn't be any movement. Note: At the time California had no inspection requirements....

NO more miles on her yet....in shop still getting new air filter kit....to damn cold....single digits here in MD...burrrrr

anytime you register a new vehicle in the state of MD you have to pass it through a state inspection. One time deal as long as you keep the vehicle. If you sell it, the new owner has to have it re inspected.....
