You will likely have to replace the voltage regulator.

I suppose you could splice in a new connector, but you would really need to know what you are doing. There is a lot of current going through that wire. If you create a lot of resistance it could get hot and burn up.

Yeah I figured I would have to order a new one going to do some research today and see where I can get one if you know of any place throw it out at me appreciate it thanks again

Also, you dont need the Stator and Rotor, just the VR. Cycle Electric makes a good one that regulates the current input to the stator, as opposed to just dumping it to heat and ground after its made. Much more efficiency and durable.

Bike still wont start, bigdog says not my ehc.
You can:
1. Clear codes, start the bike for 15 seconds or less and recheck for codes.
2. Install a new map over the map that might have corrupted on its own.
3. REMOVE Protune from bike and test ride to make sure it's not the bike.

EFI is this side of bulletproof, unit it's tampered with.
