another thing that i noticed when i swapped the battery was that when i connected the pos & neg wires to the EHC, without connecting any other wires, the bike did the same thing...no changes at all.

So, from this pic I see a connector sitting on the frame, does that connect to the one in your hand? Do the wire colors match up?

Not me, I've had enough of that silliness and I'm too busy repairing rides coming in and getting parts out to everyone, in between the damn kidney stone surgeries. With 12volt hand controls or not...:roll::roll:
I love everybody body here narcissists or otherwise. Just not everybody loves me.

The only BDM shop in Jax closed down a few years ago. It was owned and runned by Keith Berryman. Know that name as he is still screwing people up here.

Ok, on to yr situation. I deal with the BDM shop in Tampa. Its no longer a "BDM" business; the mechanics bought the parts and started their own business repairing the bikes. Their number is 813-935-4166. If you want someone local, call Roy at Mind Ride Cycles. He's on Sunbeam right by Philips. He worked on my bike years ago and still no issues so far.

Hope this helps.

Kidney stones! Man that's the worst pain a guy can have. I've been knifed once, burned once and shot 3 times but kidney stones were the worst. I feel for ya bro...

Nope doesnt match, this connector is from some led lighs, i already disconnected them

The leds were connected directly to the battery

I was reading the service manual that Curtis sent me, (Thanks)
It explains that the EHC gives you indications like signals lights and all other functions, any malfunction etc.
In this case, the signal lights on the bike works, but the EHC does not indicate anything when its supposed to.

Also, the EHC has a yellow light to indicate when it has an open circuit, something wrong. In my case, the light is not coming on.
So, i am getting all confused, something is wrong and its not being detected by the EHC.

My bike had a security system on it when I bought it and I ripped it out first thing. How many pos wires are on your battery and do you know if you have a security system?

Did you check the green and red wires from the battery to the starter and at the starter?

Hey guys, like I said I don't know much about the stock system but does he have a starter relay that could be bad?

Man, I wish you were closer.....

Do you know if you have a starter relay? If you do, disconnect it and go to an auto store and buy a new one. The same thing happened to my bike but it had a WP system in it so it had a starter relay yours may not.
