I'm interested in knowing what kind of dealings people in Indy have had with A.B.Steel Customs. Do you trust them? Have you had good experiences with them? Any bad ones? Can you depend on them?

They are the closest Big Dog Dealership to me.

I stopped in about 2 years ago while up there visiting family. I bought a few shirts and chatted with the owner. He and his wife seemed nice enough but this doesn't answer your real concern. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

I purchased my pit bull there and live in Indy. They have been a class act and I am extremely picky when it comes to service. The owner is Jim and the main guy running the shop is mike. They have taken care of me well and I will definitely purchase another bike with them. Pm me if you have any questions.

I had my 09 Mastiff serviced there last fall and had Mike file a warranty claim on my peeling front & back rims with Big Dog. The rims were covered by Big Dog but my bike is in Florida for the winter so I will not be able to have the wheels replaced until I bring the bike home after Bike Week. There service has been great so far and they seem to be really friendly people.

Thanks for the in-put. I live 80 miles northeast and I'm concerned about service if I do purchase there in Indy. Not so much routine service, but if I encounter a problem while I'm out on the road.

I have always had great service when dealing with these folks. They treat me like I was spending a million dollars. I buy my parts from them when I can.
