I'm losing it

So, I'm now trying to put my bike back together. Installed the starter and I know that when looking at it from the belt drive side (slam button side), there is one wire that goes from the round lower part of the starter and bolts to the top right side. This is a short fat wire with a black boot.

Then, the positive battery lead wire bolts onto the top left side of the starter. This also has a black boot on it.

Now, I am left with the negative lead wire. Where does that bolt to???? For the life of me, I cannot recall where the negative terminal is supposed to bolt to. Does it go to the spot on the front of the battery box? I had to loosen the battery box to get the starter out. There is a hex bolt from the top of the battery box that connects to a small metal block beneath the frame. That block has bolts that go through rubber grommets and bolt back into the front face of the battery box.

If it does go there, is it up at the top where the frame is, or on one of the rubber grommet bolts.

Any help is appreciated.

Ground goes on the top right starter bolt which attaches it to the primary.

I've forgot to put it on plenty of times I know what one your talking about I am pretty sure.
