Hi all, good to be back in the land of BDM.
After loosing my job in November without warning it has taken till now to get back on my feet, time wise & financially. Trying to find a job (56 years old) is a lot harder than i thought, i now have 2. Working 16 hours per day 6 days a week is no fun to cover costs & put some aside. My K9 is now my daily ride, i came very close to selling it, but the wife stepped in and sold her BMW R65, then she lost her job. :bang:.
I am sure i have not killed a Chinaman recently.
Good to see nothing much has changed on the BDMF, your all still helping each other out.:2thumbs:
Cheers one and all.

Thanks to all for your support.
The town where i live is in a "BOOM" at present with 3 Gas plants being built.
I am a local, tradesman (2 trades) and have put 19 applications at last count and had responces to 2 of them , last one yesterday another " in this instace you have been un successfull" BS.
I drive one of the 200 buses that take these brain dead morons to their $216K/year job.
There are electritians being used as laggers and fire proffing laborers, no experience and no idea, yet someone with skills can't get to first base.
Anyway enough whinging and whyning. My 2 jobs are still powering along, but when Sunday comes around all i want to do is sleep and watch TV, drink beer all day and get ready to face another 84 hour week. The dog is now my daily ride, scares the shit out of the neibghours at 4am.

Keep smiling.
