read thru several threads some close but not exactly same. heres issue, bike shuts dwn goin dwn the road turn key off & back on & it will restart when it shut dwn sometimes get HUGE backfire.. not always.... been dealin with this for while have gone thru all fuel issues, changed ignition ( old key was sloppy, so i thought it was vibrating ) that wasnt it leaning towards ignitor but how would i be sure its that and not crank sensor, or mass air flow sensor, coil?? any suggestions would be helpful...

Sounds like ignitor to me. AIH's ignition was known to have issues with vibration anyway.
My 07 had a RHC which was the brain of the bike. Sure yours doesn't your have something similar ? You may try cleaning and checking that connection.

Like others have already siad, most likely its the Ignitor...Your bike being an '04 most likely has a cam sensor in the nose cone, not crank sensor. It also does not have a mass air flow sensor. Are you getting any LED lights off the ignition after it stalls on you? Does it die out on you often enough to be able to test some things on the side of the road? If it does, then you can check for spark, and LED lights before you turn your ignition off.
But, If I was a betting man, I would put money on that Ignitor
