Maybe somebody can help me out, Bought a new ignition switch from Curtis , My old ignition has only two wires black and orange.
The new ignition has four wires two connector's ,Can I still use this one and wich connector .
Any help is welcome.

You got the wrong switch, should be a two wire switch.

Go back to your first post and use a switch from Tractor Supply and if you don't have any power to the ECH then have it tested by Slick117, he does it for free

Go back to your first post and use a switch from Tractor Supply and if you don't have any power to the ECH then have it tested by Slick117, he does it for free

Prolly hopeless tellin him to get his EHC tested...think he's been told a couple dozen times already..

I hear ya, I'm on the east coast till Wednesday, 7* today. This sucks..

Well guy's I write the person a email for testing my EHC but did hear anything , well the ignition what I bought from Curtis is working ,So put all new charging system in my bike, and in my starter new plunger, and new ignition , the bike start good .
Thanks everybody for there input to put my bike running again .

Good. All you needed was to hook up the wires so a ground was sent to the EHC when the key was turned. I guess you figured it out.

Yes and today my new EHC came in from Curtis , so that go in tomorrow , but the bike start up and run good ,the ignition switch only the female connector that I had to hook on ,So overall spent some money on the dog. But now it's upgrade and be happy with that.

I ask Curtis what is the best way to go ,He told me if you still have the stock plug in , Go with the upgrade one only what I have to do is maybe drill a other hole and its for carb not for EFI. The cost 550 so not to bad.

Kevin you put the unit in ,I read the Manual what they sent with it and they talking to install a ground and put a 25 Amp in the main cable.

Yes I have it I installed it and have over 3000 miles on it I would advise putting an inline fuse on the positive lead that will protect the ehc, i didn't run another ground what year is your bike?

You need to take your own advise, oh wait you can't, its in another state
