Ignition module

Looking at getting a 585 cam with the thunderheart ignition module from wsw. Where does the module install on an 08 pit? Wondering if I need the threads option when adding to cart. What kind of power increase should I expect with this setup?

The adjustable ignition mounts in the same spot as your old non adjustable one.

I have 585, shaved cylinders and original ignition. No idea how much I lose with ignition, but the bike goes like a bat out of the hell. From 115 mph it is still accelerating like my Fat Boy from 30mph. Figured that is much more than I never need on chopper, maybe even too much. Engine doesn't want to shut down with lower than 93 oct. without booster after longer legs in hot weather.

My 107 is stock and has more power than I need too! That makes me think why the hell I bothered to make those changes to my 117. Idiot!

Nah, not an idiot. Thats just the nature of the beast and being into bikes. They are fun to fix up and f*#k with. Its a passion and its never enough!!

The 585 cam you can definitely feel the difference and also hear the difference, how much hp did it add? I don't know, maybe 5, but the TH programmable ignition is less noticeable in my opinion. I think the only way to see a difference with that would be on a dyno. And that's only my 2

However adding Dentdudes Big Dog down tube sticker will net you at minimum another 12 hp.
