I just wanted to let everyone know that if any of you have tried to get in touch with me by phone that my phone has been down for a few days.
Ran over my damn work/cell phone with the zero turn mower :down::bang::angry::rant: Then to make matters worse the "insurance" I pay for to have a phone replaced is damn near worthless.
Its a $100.00 deductable and then after I paid the deductable they tell me they dont have the phone in stock and one will be shipped to my house that can take 2-5 business days :bang::panic2::nono::cursin: So anyway sorry if anyone has tried to get in touch with me and has not gotten a responce by phone. I do know of at least one person on the forum I let down on getting a couple of parts out to.
I have a new phone as of today so call me if ya need me :)

Phone Insurance is worthless - Deductible is too high you can just about get a replacement for the same as the deductible. Usually they are an extra $7-10 p/month so around $100 p/year. As long as you get 1 year out of the phone you are back to square 1 without insurance. If you have the phone longer than 1 year you end up paying more than it would cost to replace.

Only time its worth it is if you have a newer smartphone and are prone to braking your phone. I've had my phone for 2 years I drop it all the time - no Issues. I can see how running it over in the mower could ruin it though.

Same as the electornic warranties at Best Buy - They make more money selling the extended warranties than they do making the sale. Don't fall for it.

Insurance is usual 10 buck a month with no deductible. You should check into that with the carrier.
