Your tank might not be venting also, loosen your gas cap and see if that helps. Let us know...

take the air cleaner off and check inside the venturi to see if when you twist the throttle you are getting a nice spray of gas.

Might even run it in the garage with the air cleaner off and see give it a few good twists see what happens

when it dies does it stumble like its starving for fuel ? or just die?

Yes it does have a good spray of gas when you twist the throttle how do I check for a vacuum leak ..... Tomorrow im daring the gas and putting new in

Also might be worth checking your battery ground cable. My bike was doing the same thing and I discovered that the ground cable had rubbed though against the frame just enough that it would idle fine but stall as soon as I put it in gear and the cable vibrated and shorted out against the frame. Taped it up for the quick fix and orded a replacement.

you can check for a vacuum leak by letting idle and spray carb cleaner around the fittings where the carb connects to the heads and intake venturi,,, if the motors sputters or even idles up you most likely have a leak - replace gaskets -- usually runs like shit not just dies -- imho sounds like you have gas flow problem -- maybe dirty petcock/fuel supply - possibly your float is stuck and not allowing refill -- take the bowl off -- you may have some dirt causing issue -- pretty quick/simple to do 5 minutes

After yesterday the bike and starting my battery died ... it took thirteen hours to charge ....... i took it off looked over bike nothing no wiring is good ... fire it up and it runs..... ride around the nieghborhood for fiftteen minutes no problems ....wtf...........But when i ride after shifting in second if i stay at a steady throttle it has a chug or pull like i need to pull in clutch to keep it running is that a clutch adjustment i have to do

Here is theory. I have a 14 amp hour battery size as opposed to a 12ah battery. I take the decimal point and move it right. I now know I need a 1.4 amp hour battery charger as opposed to a 1.2ah batter charger rate for a 14ah rate and that rate is to charge the 14ah battery for literally 14 hours with a 1.4ah battery charger. Not a 1.2ah battery charger.

Batteries and chargers are a balanced match. There is more to battery charging you should know is to prep a new battery before service.

Didn't that wtf you about not needing to jet the carb or clean it or check fuel delivery? I think it is not fuel related, right? Think about the 'wtf' :2thumbs:

What is the bike's charging rate? At idle, you should see about 14.1v at an ohm meter, you set dial to 20v and touch both (+/-) posts to find if the bike is charging.

Sounds like you are drawing down that battery fast. No charge to get it back up or the battery is key put when you put the key on?
