I noticed while Im riding the idle cable at the handle bar connection is moving around alot. The more I twist the more it hangs out. If I adjust the fittings on the cable to tighten up will that have a negative affect on the idle speed? What does an idle cable do anyway?
mine was doing the same thing despite there being a small clip on the end of the cable in the switch housing that seemingly should prevent this. Just re-adjust the cable making it shorter.
