What company backs a used 5+ year old motorcycle?

my roommate has a 02 bourget he purchased used and they backed there product when it broke and it wasnt a warranty or a recall part. not tryin to start an argument just giving an example

I agree with you! And since yours did break the folks that made it should stand behind it if they're worth their salt!!! I'd be pissed too... :angry:

Anyway, have you tried contacting Baker about it since they manufactured the basket?

no i havent i tried to contact the indavidual manufacturers when i had a problem with my valve guides wearing out at 8 k miles and couldnt get any help there either im just gna get the parts to fix it , paint it , ride it lol im just bitchin cuz im poor lol
