First off, quit yelling. We can hear you just fine in lowercase. Post a picture of it so we can see what type of frame you have

You can make a seat pan (I have) from fiberglass - Google how to make a motorcycle seat pan and look at the video's. Danny Gray use to have a great one. Make it out of fiberglass and have Danny Gray or a local shop cover it to your liking. Just FYI I use a thin vinyl covered cable bolted between my seat and the frame to prevent just that.
