I have a 2003 Big Dog Chopper & I am interested in a open primary. Primo,Karata or Baker, not sure which one to go with, Any suggestions.:loony:

Maybe try a primo brute IV, BDL or something similar, don't think Karata makes a drive for your year model. Karata will fit 2005 and later model dogs I believe...:2thumbs:

Karata all the way if they make one for yours.Just put 4in. on my 04 Mastiff, the whinning noise it makes is awesome.I don't think you get that with the others.Also,my bike is left side drive.GOOD LUCK.

We can pretty much help you out with forum pricing on anything you go with, BDL, Primo, Baker, etc. If Karata offers one for your bike then hit them up direct since he is an active member on the site.

Primo will fit, just make sure you get the right offset. The BD offset is odd which is the reason why there are not that many choices. Moespeed dealth with someone that make a custom offset for the bike.

Welcome...I have a Primo on my older HD and a Karata on my RB.....both are fine products....Jim is a great guy if he makes one for your bike......Karata...

Ironically, I was at Karata today Shopping for mine. He does make them for the 2003 chopper. That is also what I ride. He also said he has a new harley evo motor for sale that he used for mock ups with MSO. Did get the price but he'll answer the phone when you call.
