I'm glad to see it's not just me that thinks this isn't a good thing to do to your bike. No matter how cool some think it is. I'm still trying to figure out the cool part too??

I think there was a biker build show where they had to do that burnout after there build.Anyone remember that and the name of it ?

Is it abusive .... hell yes 
But I like the sound ...the smell... and the rush.
Broke my motor on my Pitbull ... showing off doing a burnout..blew the rear cylinder and head loose ... pulled 2 of the cylinder studs right out of the lower case ... that little episode cost me $180 and 15 hours worth of work installing timeserts inserts in the lower case... the whole time I was working on the bike I was calling myself a dumb ass.

Build or Bust! It was a great show. One evening after filming an episode is when Tom Chop passed away. Really good show. I wanted to be on that show so bad.

Watched a MORRON at the ROT put his Sportster's front tire on a 1'' piece of pipe bragging how he was going to light that back tire up, IT WAS THE WATER SPICKET, It was one of those moments when you just have to grab a friend and say laughing,"DON'T SAY A WORD JUST WATCH this is going to be funny as shit!!!!" Sure enough, he was all ready, Had his hands on his APE HANGERS, ( I'm sorry if you have a Sportster that's great my wife has a 1200 Sportster, BUT loss the Ape's people please!!!!) and bam, the pipe went over and the dumb ass was hanging on for dear life till he hit someone's 32' Raptor travel trailer. It was one of those moMents where everyone in 1/1000 of a second just drops there jaw and watches while there brain is going shit,shit,shit------------!!!!!! HOLY FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then you laugh your ass off and call him a 19 yr old idiot!!!!

I too agree with the disgust. Judging by the mailboxes, those were some nice houses. In a decent neighborhood. With some jacked up streets.

LOVE THE ABUSE OF THE PUBLIC STREETS. Idiot should be charged with having to pay to have the streets repaved to repair the damage the rim groved into it! As for the Dodge truck, it's a shame someone would just abuse equipment like that. But, I guess in HIS eye's he is the MAN! Captain STUD MUFFIN HIMSELF!!!!!!

I am with five five on this one and no matter the make of the bike, all the senses come to life when this happens. We all grew up doing stupid shit, and some have not stopped.. This is not something I would do with my hound, but still cool to witness these things.:2thumbs:
