well, I liked the storage of the Ultra. What do you guys do when you start out in the morning and a jacket feels good and then it gets hot as hell out? I hate lugging shit around and much rather just pop open a saddlebag and toss stuff in.

Since your thinking about a bagger, have you considered those new Victory's? I was in a shop yesterday and I got to tell ya if I was gonna get a bagger I think that's where I'd go, they look pretty cool and supposedly they are bulletproof and ride great!

Well at least they look like they would float, some "Other" baggers look like they would most definitely sink! Lol!

X2, in my area is a Victory Dealer who helped me to pass the Inspection on my K9. He offered me to test ride one of his new bikes.... Nice!! but...... no comparison with my beast!

And... he had it there for two months while I was away working... guess where he parked my K9??? right in front of the main window!!!!

Yes all done, S&S rocker boxes, cam, etc too. This was end of last year when I had to pass my 1st Inspection.

I am still looking for a one owner 2003 Ultra Classic with extremely low miles on it. It will never replace the K-9, but would be nice for rainy days and longer trips. But riding a stock HD is like mentioned above, like a training bike with its training wheels just removed. A lowered bagger on the other hand is something I would only get involved with for profit, and never ride.
