Seeing all the destruction along the route of Michael, I could not image what people have lost.
The most important thing is that people be safe and secure with their families.

At the Marianna Muniple Airport, a wind gust was measured at 206 mph. The amount of damage is apocalyptic. At this point, amazingly, there have only been 6 deaths reported

What's amazing is how 1 house is still standing and the one right next to it is GONE. My uncles house in PSJ survived. Some damage but the house and windows are still there. It was one of the newer ones built. The ones down the street not so lucky.

I get why people stay but honestly, they gave people time to get out. Actually the told people to get out. I lived in St Pete till 97 and you just don't joke around. I live in Texas now and tornado are scary. They will drop right out of the sky eat you up and then gone.
