Just wanted to send out a HUGE THANK YOU to Paul. I was having trouble putting my Karata on my ridgeback. No instructions and the ones i got (although grateful for them) they were not so helpful. No pix n not such great instructions...for me anyhow! The step by step sticky on the forum was unavaliable after the switchover :(
Paul replied and tried to help out many times and we finally used technology and were able to use facetime to see what the hell i was doing wrong!

I really appreciate him taking time out of his sunday to help me out...
Thanks again... i hope i can return the favor some time!

Amazing what a good guy and FaceTime can accomplish....:old2:

I have a few friends in CA with sailboats and have helped them out more than once through FaceTime.
