The Oil Filter housing has 2 fittings:
The Inner fitting is the supply line from the Oil Pump (Green line)
The Outer fitting is the return line {this is where the cooler supply line should go represented in Blue above}. Confirm that currently goes back to the Oil tank as the return line prior to cooler.
The return line from here should be the only oil line requiring re-routing. (Blue line and new Red line above)
So installed:
Left line pictured is Red in block diagram above - going to Oil Tank far right side fitting.
Right line pictured is Blue in block diagram above - going to Oil Filter outside left fitting as facing at it from front of bike. [Right fitting as sitting on bike]
