how the hell do i add pics

i made a thread in an attempt to sell my bike. i cannot figure out how to add damn pics to it. any help> I have pics saved under "my documents" but cant do it. it wont even allow me to add them to my previous galler pics

put them on photobucket.com and link to them.... numerous how to threads on it....

I just up them on my desktop, use the browser to find them and hit upload and wait till it quites saying "Wait" or something like that.It took me a while to figure it out as well.
