How long have you owned, and still own, your Big Dog Motorcycle?

After years of owning harley's and never being satisfied with the way it came from the factory, add the chrome, add the fat tire, fatten up the motor, change the rake, etc. etc. etc.
There it was.
When I walked into the showroom and saw the Black Mono K-9 w/chrome package I thought WOW look at that. 117ci, 6 speed Baker, PM stuff everywhere 300 Avon tire and all that chrome I WON'T HAVE TO CHANGE A THING.........................
Just upgrade to the 2-1 VH exhaust and that's all it will need. Well that and the S&S intake but that's it, not going that route again. Just gunna put a oil cooler on it to protect the engine no wait two coolers and a Ness gauge to monitor things but that's it no more this is nuts.
So, now that the Cam is in, I'm sitting on the custom RED alligator seat stretchin' out to the 2.5" extension w/tribal controls, hangin' on to the XO grips & pegs lookin' in the Ness mirrors listing to the belt whine of the 4" Karata I realize.
I am an ADDICT.:roll::roll::roll:

Bought my 07 Bulldog in 07 and sold it in the summer of 2014 to member geoffmt out in montana. Picked up the 07 K9 in July of 13 and still riding it. Personally,I like the K9 ride better than Bulldog. Might have something to do with the posture and a beat up L4 and L5.

Nearly one year, mine turned up on 14th Feb 2014 and i will never forget it as it was Valentines day, i forgot to get a card and some flowers for the wife as i was overcome with excitement and i am certain she won't ever let me forget it as long as i live.

I bought mine on my wife's birthday, and the best part about it, it was her idea:whoop::whoop: I'm very happy:D

About 1 month now. Been wanting one for about 10 years. Finally had the money and room to get it. It feels great. Great to own and ride. Wife digs it too! Hope to have many years of enjoyment out of it. This one was set up petty much exactly like I wanted. At first, I wasn't keen on the paint scheme, but the more I look at it and ride it, the more I like it. Right now, the only think I would like to change is a taller sissy bar. Would like to upgrade to an 18". Pretty happy with the purchase.
